Bill came to Green Tree Realty for the opportunity to work with successful, seasoned agents and a company name well recognized in this area. Bill is a residential and investment specialist but his primary specialty is multi-unit investments and commercial properties investments. He has been involved in numerous multi-unit transactions as well as assisting investors both in and out of state to acquire commercial properties.
Bill is licensed as a broker and was first licensed in 1986. Bill also holds the professional designation of Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), a designation held by only 15% of all Realtors nation-wide. Currently, Bill is president of his own investment and development company, Future Growth Equity Group LLC which owns and manages several multi-unit properties as well as condominiums here in Maine.
Bill represents buyers and sellers in central and southern Maine, and enjoys helping out of state buyers to purchase investment properties.
