Shawn Boulet - Associate Broker
I was born in Lewiston, Maine. After graduating from Lewiston High, I went to Thomas College in Waterville Maine on a full-tuition scholarship. While at Thomas College I was voted class clown and most likely to succeed! I was captain of the soccer team, as well as a member of the judicial board, debate team, honor society...graduating with a 3.78 average in Accounting Informational Systems.
After earning my CPA license & working at BDMP for 6 yrs, I left to become head controller of a telephone co. in Farmington NH.
This is when my passion for real estate began and I begen investing in Real Estate. Shortly after, I obtained my real estate license to help other people invest and enjoy the benefits of owning real estate. I have owned several real estate related businesses over the years, as well as developed high end condos in Portland Maine, and still maintain a personal real estate investment portfolio. All this experience allows me to offer my clients advice based on events that I have been involved in first hand. I guess you could say I put my money where my mouth is!
