Cape Elizabeth Maine

Homes in Cape Elizabeth offer incredible opportunities for the discerning buyer. Located just south of Portland, Cape offers a great school system, excellent recreational opportunities and houses ranging from waterfront retreats to private country settings. The current median asking price for residential property is 499K and in 2008, 107 homes sold at a median sales price of 330K.

South Portland Maine

Located just over the million dollar bridge from Portland and sometimes overshadowed by Portland, the community offers many unique neighborhoods, beaches and shopping options.
The current median asking price for a home is 239K (2009).. In 2008, 269 homes sold at a median price of 198K.

Westbrook Maine

The community of Westbrook offers a great opportunity to be close to Portland yet not pay Portland prices. A wonderful neighborhood in and of itself, in 2008, the median Single family home sold for 191K. Currently there are approximately 100 or so residential homes on the market at a median price offering of 201K.

Falmouth Maine

The northern neighbor of Portland and the northern counterpart to Cape Elizabeth as far as real estate prices and spectacular waterfront property. Many newer residential housing developments characterize th residential real estate selection. Excellent schools and a great all around community. Currently there are 171 homes on the market at a median asking price of 489K (2009). In 2008, 140 properties sold at a median sales price of 394K.

Home to the Yarmouth Clam fesitval and a often voted the best public school district in the state, this wonderful community just above Cumberland and below Freeport offers a great location to call home.
