The current median asking price for residential property is 499K and in 2008, 107 homes sold at a median sales price of 330K.

South Portland Maine
Located just over the million dollar bridge from Portland and sometimes overshadowed by Portland, the community offers many unique neighborhoods, beaches and shopping options.
The current median asking price for a home is 239K (2009).. In 2008, 269 homes sold at a median price of 198K.

Westbrook Maine
The community of Westbrook offers a great opportunity to be close to Portland yet not pay Portland prices. A wonderful neighborhood in and of itself, in 2008, the median Single family home sold for 191K. Falmouth Maine
The northern neighbor of Portland and the northern counterpart to Cape Elizabeth as far as real estate prices and spectacular waterfront property. Home to the Yarmouth Clam fesitval and a often voted the best public school district in the state, this wonderful community just above Cumberland and below Freeport offers a great location to call home.
